Flanges: Blind (Blank)

Blind (Blank) steel outer flange, with copper nickel disk.

  • Rating:

Class 150 for 16 bar rated systems for temperatures up to and including 75°C
and 20 bar rated systems up to 38°C.

  • Material Composition:

Flange: Forged carbon steel to ASTM A 105 (normalised). Unless otherwise specified
the steel flanges will be supplied galvanised to BS 729. If required the galvanised flanges
can be further protected with a polyamide epoxy type paint suitable for marine environments.

  • Disk:

copper-nickel OSNA®-10.

  • Dimensions:

Flange:
Up to 610 mm ­ Based on BS 1560 (ANSI B16.5), Class150.
Above 610 mm ­ Based on MSS-SP-44, Class 150.

  • Spectacle, Ring and Blind Spade Flanges:

Spectacle, Ring and Blind Spade Flanges clad with OSNA®-10 are available in sizes up
to and including 36"/914 mm for Class 150, 16 bar and 20 bar.
